This website
avcoding.com is operated by AV Coding LLC (Ridgefield, Connecticut, United States). Content is for information about our programming and design services. It is not a bid, specification, or professional advice for a specific project until we agree scope in writing.
You may link to public pages. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, harvest contact details for spam, or misrepresent an affiliation with AV Coding LLC.
Engagement expectations
A discovery call is optional and does not create a contract. Paid work starts only after a written scope (platforms, deliverables, schedule, and fees) is accepted by the client of record. Detailed master service terms and statements of work, when used, live in that proposal package—not on this page.
- Full uncompiled source for work we deliver goes to the client of record under a perpetual, transferable licence described in the project agreement.
- When we subcontract for an integrator, we do not contact that integrator’s end client directly about winning their account.
Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or agreement control if they conflict with this page.
Credentials, verification, and no warranty
Mentions of Crestron Certified Master Programmer (including metal levels such as Gold), Crestron Service Provider (CSP), AVIXA CTS-D, NICET, platform experience (Biamp, Q-SYS, Extron), case studies, client notes, and similar claims on this site are status and marketing summaries. They describe background and past work. They are not a warranty, guarantee, or promise that any future project will achieve the same outcome, schedule, or certification status.
Manufacturer and third-party credentials can change over time (renewal, attendance, or program rules). If certification status matters for procurement or subcontracting, verify it before you rely on it. For Crestron credentials, see how to verify a programmer’s Crestron certification on the FAQ (contact Crestron, review a Crestron Community profile, or request documentation). You may also ask us for current documentation by Email.
Nothing on this website creates an express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation of a client’s AV system, or continued holding of any listed credential. Warranties, if any, are only those stated in a signed project agreement.
