Overview

AV Coding LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates avcoding.com. We respect your privacy and handle your data minimally.

Data We Collect

  • Scheduling data: When you book a meeting via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting preferences. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • Contact form submissions: When you submit the project brief or question form on this site, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which delivers them to our inbox. Web3Forms processes this data on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Submissions are retained by Web3Forms for a maximum of 30 days and are not shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than delivering your message to us.
  • Contact inquiries: If you email us directly, we store your message and email address to respond to your inquiry only.
  • No analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking scripts.
  • No advertising: We do not serve ads or share your data with advertisers.
  • No marketing lists: Submitting a form or booking a call does not add you to any mailing list. We will contact you only to respond to your specific inquiry.

Third-Party Services

  • Calendly — meeting scheduling. Data governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms — contact form processing. Data transmitted over HTTPS and retained for a maximum of 30 days. Data governed by Web3Forms' Privacy Policy. Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services.
  • YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) — video embeds. No cookies set before you click play. Data governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — web fonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log font requests. Data governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

  • Calendly cookies: Only set if you accept cookies and use the scheduling tool. Used by Calendly to manage your booking session.
  • Our cookie: A single avcoding_cookie_consent key stored in localStorage to remember your cookie preference. Not a tracking cookie.
  • YouTube: We use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. No YouTube cookies are set before you play a video.
  • Fonts: Our fonts are self-hosted. No requests are sent to Google Fonts servers.

Your Rights
